BOSS Group Ltd was established in 1996 and is 100% New Zealand owned and is incorporated in New Zealand. BOSS stands for Business One Stop Shop. Our head office is located in Hawke's Bay, but we provide services to business throughout New Zealand.
Meet the team
Leanne Welsh – Director.
Leanne has extensive experience in Human Resources, Early Childhood Centre Management and General Business Management. Raised in Hawke’s Bay she has returned to Napier after 15 years away experiencing city life in Wellington and country living in Martinborough. Leanne is the “go to” person on all things HR.
Gina Fraser – Consultant.
Gina is based in our Wairarapa office and has joined Boss Group with a background in teaching and extensive experience in recruitment and HR. Having worked in Auckland for many years in recruitment and HR consulting Gina returned to the quiet Wairarapa and is now working with Boss Group with businesses in the Wairarapa.
Fiona Ritchie – Consultant.
Fiona is well versed in all aspects of business and has worked across a number of industries including finance, telecommunications, rural and insurance. She comes with a wealth of knowledge in Sales and Marketing including Direct Marketing and online strategy. Fiona returned to the bay in 2001 and has a passion for travel and good wine.
Tracey Taylor – Office Manager.
Tracey is the backbone of our organisation and has responsibility for making the office tick. You will be wowed by Tracey’s customer service skills – I know we were!
Steve Welsh – Advisor.
Steve has over 20 years retail and sales experience. His specialist knowledge in these areas is a welcome addition to our skill base, as is Steve's knowledge of music and coffee.
Leeanne Marriott - Administration Consultant
We thought we would keep it simple and employ staff with the same name! Leeanne (note it has 2 eees) works with our clients developing their email campaigns and on administrative tasks. Leeanne comes with an extensive background in communications so adds an exciting dimension to our team.
